New old demo (Habbo)

In my email i got two demos from Finland. They where made in 2002.

The slide show demonstration was made for CGDC 2002 (Computer Games and Digital Cultures Conference) in Tampere. Images in the slide show were drawn on top of photos using Adobe Illustrator and then converted to a more suitable format for Vectrex.

The Habbo Hotel "movie" was also on display in Tampere and later used as an internal teaser for the Sulake company events. The original idea was to make something playable. Graphics for both programs were made by Sampo Karjalainen, co-inventor of Habbo Hotel, so actually this is a unique chance to see what a vector version of the otherwise pixel based product would look like..

New dutch vectrex paper advertisement

Got email today with a scan from Alex (not Alex N.) with this nice advertisement.

I think I bought my vectrex back then for the same price. This price is in the dutch currency (guilders), if you divide the price in 2 you have a USD price.
