New version ParaJVE

Well, it's been more than 1.5 year without any release... So here
comes the latest version of ParaJVE (which now includes LightPen and
VecVoice emulation). Only the Windows packaging is available at the
moment, I will build and upload the Linux and Max OS X versions as
soon as possible.

Now that the light pen is implemented, I'm dreaming of seeing a
MailPlane's ROM dump to test it within the emulator!
